Dhaniya, Channa daal, thoor daal, Methi seeds, Red chilli, dry coconut.
Preparation method
Heat the pan, add oil, mustard, red chilli -1, curry leaves, asafoetida, add ladiesfinger/brinjal/drumstick of ur choice and fry it, add tamarind water, salt and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame, add kulambu powder and stir well without any lumps, boil it for 2-3 minutes. Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.
