Kandathippili Rasam has many medicinal benefits. It helps to cure cold, soothes cough and also helps with digestive and stomach troubles.
Ingredients
coriander seeds, red chilli, curry leaves, jeera, peppee, asafoetida, Kanda thipili, arisi thipili.
Preparation method
Heat the oil add mustad, curry leaves, asafoetida and fry it. Take 1 cup of tamarind juice and cook it..when it come to boil add one cup of boiled daal water (only water content). Once boiled add one spoon of rasam powder and bnoil it for two to three minutes. Once boiled switch off the gas and garnish it will coriander leaves.
