Ingredients
Dhoor daal, pepper, cummin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, thoothuvalai.
Preparation method
Take 1 cup of tamarind juice and one chopped tomato. Heat the oil add mustad, curry leaves, asafoetida, garlic-3 (optional), small onion-4 (optional) and fry it. Add tomato and tamarindnwater, let it come to boil. Add one spoon of rasam powder . Once boiled switch off the gas and garnish it will coriander leaves.
