Ingredients

“Foxtail Millet, White Sorghum (SD), Milk powder, Jaggery, Oats , sprouted Ragi, Chocolate Powder, Baking powder, Backing soda, Tata salt, Cinnaman Powder

Preparation method

“* Take 1 cup of Chocolate Pan cake mixture, blend well with 1/4 cup of water (Alter the consistency to dosa batter),
* Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle or pan.
* Cove with a lid &Cook for 3 – 5 mins , then flip.
* Continue cooking until brown on both sides.”
* Add a spoon of honey (optional) and serve it
