Description
Angaya podi is said to relieve fatigue, stomach upset, aches and pains, indigestion and many other symptoms. It is among the main dishes included in a pathiya samayal. It is a Special food cooked on certain occasions or to cure health issues.
Ingredients
Neem flower, manathakkali vathal, sundakai vathal, sukku, pepper, dhaniya, thoor daal, urud daal, asafoetida, red chilli, salt, jeera.
Preparation method
Sprinkle the angaya rice podi in hot rice with oil. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
